Gwilym Lewis-Brooke is an East London-born Director and Visual Artist dedicated to creating powerful imagery of impactful subject matter.

He cut his teeth as a teenager filming London's emerging Grime and Rap scene with Tim & Barry TV. It was within this underground, DIY subculture that he sparked a lifelong obsession with raw human stories—developing an innate ability to gain deep access to undocumented subjects and connect with people that others cannot reach.

As a poetic storyteller, Gwil's work spans documentary, branded content, music videos, and photography. His workflow scales organically to fit the project: he is equally at home leading a full creative crew on set as he is crafting films as a solo filmmaker from behind the lens and edit suite.

An experienced international filmmaker, Gwil has made projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and South America.
